About Us

Founded in 1998

by sisters Gail and Jane Strieter

GemStreet USA Show and Sale was founded in 1998 by sisters Gail and Jane Strieter and over the decades has grown to become the Midwest’s premier exposition of fine gems, jewelry, beads, minerals and fossils. Sadly, Jane passed away in January 2020. Her laugh, her wit, her generosity of spirit will always be remembered. Gail continues to exhibit her Soaring Crystal collections at the shows and is still as passionate as ever.

In January 2024, several show exhibitors and industry veterans who had been part of the shows for many years formed a partnership and became owners of GemStreet USA with a steadfast commitment to build upon the show’s success. 4 Sisters Productions is operated by Christine Daniel and Melanie Hawkins of Momma’s Rocks, Erika Hartke of Erika’s Bead Creative, and Tamie Simpson from Many Hands Marketplace. Based in Ohio, New York and Michigan, respectively, this energetic team is committed to honoring the show’s past while looking to add new elements.

Throughout the years, GemStreet has well earned its reputation for hand-selecting talented artists and knowledgeable collectors known for their commitment to quality products, fair and honest pricing, and a unique selection.

In fact, most of the gorgeous items offered at our shows are one-of-a-kind and cannot be found anywhere else—from a $1 Egyptian silver charm to a $100 amethyst geode, a $5,000 emerald pendant, to a priceless 50-million-year-old fossil.

Jane had a fond saying...“You name it, we’ve got it. If we don’t have it, you don’t need it!”
