Gail and Jane — the Strieter Girls —  turned a lifelong passion for gems and minerals into a premier brand of shows. The first GemStreet USA Show & Sale was produced in 1998 in Buffalo, New York. Today, there are more than a dozen shows in the Midwest including Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland and Buffalo. Over the years, the show has attracted a loyal following and some of the best vendors from around the world featuring Bali silver, lampwork beads, Swarovski crystals, dichroic glass, Kumihimo braiding, Herkimer diamonds, amber jewelry, agate slices and woolly mammoth fossils.
