Gemstreet USA Show & Sale coming to Buffalo May 18-20
If you’re looking for one-of-a-kind finds—from custom designed jewelry to stunning beads and gems, funky home décor items, rare minerals and fascinating fossils—don’t miss the GemStreet USA Show & Sale May 18-20, at the Fairgrounds in Hamburg.
“Our hand-picked vendors include internationally recognized jewelers, talented artists and knowledgeable collectors who search the world over for gems, minerals and fossils,” says show producer Jane Strieter Smith.
Like the petrified root wood tables as seen on The Ellen Show? You’ll discover similar organic and imported home décor items at GemStreet USA.
And don’t miss The Crystal Connection from Cincinnati. Val Bennett reports she’ll be bringing a host of gemstones and crystals from around the world.
“Right now we are selling a lot of apophyllite from India,” she says. “These are quartz-like clear crystal clusters that help with healing and meditation. People also love our smaller pieces of quartz that’s rutilated with black tourmaline.”
At the show, you can shop from a bevy of bling, too, including the latest summer jewelry trends that incorporate intricate beadwork and wire wrapping. And if you want to make your own jewelry, you will also find an array of beads and beading supplies, tools and educational materials.

Show hours are Friday and Saturday 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; and Sunday 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Tickets are $7 general admission, free for children under 12 years old.
